We are seeking both chapter submissions and art submissions on a wide variety of food and nutrition topics for a forthcoming edited book collection: 'Queering Nutrition and Dietetics: LGBTQ+ Reflections on Food Through Art' (Routledge Publishers). Abstract submissions are due June 15th, 2021.
