Looking to switch up the workout routine or try something new? Join our 6 week Beginner Women's Fitness Kickboxing Series! This is a fun and empowering cardio workout. There are still spots available, contact us today for more information. Class runs every Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm starting this coming Wednesday, October 14th. Looking for a fun activity to try this fall? We are offering a 6 week Women's Beginner Fitness Kickboxing series, for ages 15+.
Classes start on October 14th, every Wednesday for 6 weeks. We have three special intro sign up options. If you purchase a 4 or 6 session package and miss some of the Wednesday classes, you can make up the sessions in our Saturday Morning classes at 9:30 a.m.
Lender gloves available. No experience necessary, this program is built for beginners.
Please reach out with any questions or to register.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited spaces, this program is a special offer, and not included in Chop Shop Monthly Membership packages.
