Join us for a special Mommy & Me Pilates Class led by Abby, a certified Pilates & yoga instructor and mom of three.

What’s included:
β€’ Entry for one mom/female caregiver and up to two children MAX between the ages of 0 and 6.
β€’ After class, enjoy a complimentary, specially curated drink, and let your littles stay and play.

What to expect:
A 1-hour guided flow featuring Pilates-based exercises, followed by light yoga and stretching to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and strong. No experience needed!

What to bring:
β€’ Yoga mat
β€’ Water bottle

This is a private event which means the cafe will be closed to the public during this time.

Happy June! πŸ’« half way through 2025.

"Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists." 🌍

This is one of the main reasons I fell in love with yoga. No matter what I'm going through, when I step onto my mat and get into movement/breath, it's as if all of my problems start to fade away. THIS is what keeps bringing me back to yoga. The peace and serenity I feel after flowing.

A common misconception about yoga is that it's "just stretching", but it's deeper then that. Each time we flow, we’re expanding awareness, quieting the noise, and reconnecting with ourselves.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Yoga teaches us:
β€’ To breathe through discomfort
β€’ To be present in chaos
β€’ To find stillness in movement
β€’ To honor our journey

Yoga is still yoga if you:
- need props
- take modifications
- don't practice inversions
- can't do a pose (yet)
- aren't flexible (yet)
- practice at home
..and so much more!

Your yoga practice is unique to you, for you. Perfection is never the goal, it's called yoga "practice" for a reason.

The goal of yoga is to unite your mind, body and spirit while centering and balancing yourself through breath.

Once your able to shift your focus inwards, that's where the real shift happens. ✨
