Breathe & Begin-This Sunday September 7 at 9:30am. Message me for more details.

Someone said to me the other day that not one person walking this earth has escaped grief. I sat there for a moment taking this in. She was right. Every single person that is living and breathing has felt grief in one way or another.

Grief is a universal experience and no one is untouched by it. We grieve not only the death of loved ones, but also relationship endings, identity shifts, children leaving home, career changes, and the countless transitions life brings. Grief reshapes our sense of self, our routines, and our connections. It reminds us of how fragile and sacred life truly is.

Yet so often, grief is carried in silence. Many people feel isolated, believing they must “be strong” or “move on” before they are ready. But grief is not a journey meant to be walked alone. Healing requires presence, compassion, and most importantly - community.

When we come together in safe, non-judgmental spaces, we discover that our pain is not something to hide but something to share. In community, we find permission to grieve in our own way and at our own pace. We remember that connection heals, and that by holding space for one another, we create pathways toward wholeness.

Grief may change us, but together, we can rediscover ourselves and build hope in the spaces where loss has lived.
