Time for a BIG BOOK giveaway! This is a gently-used giant book suitable for a kindergarten class or daycare. All you have to do is say you'd like to have it and be able to pick up in the Patterson area. If more than one person wants it, we'll do a draw.

Forest animals abounded at the Forbes' Homestead Tea when the CLRt hosted storytime ("Raven, Rabbit, Deer") and a craft on Thursday. We'll be there again Aug 22 for our final event of the summer.
