Seed Yoga

Seed Yoga Hi, I'm Ondreya – a 500 hour certified yoga instructor in Goose Bay. I offer outdoor classes during the warmer months and inside the rest of the year.

I also partner with local organizations and businesses to offer in-person and virtual sessions. I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, with extra training in breath-work, yin, restorative and hatha yoga, along with meditation. I have been teaching classes virtually and in-person since 2020. I will be using this page to share information about upcoming classes, along with other things! If you are interested in taking a class with me, feel free to follow this page to stay up to date. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send me a message :-)

The Soft Hour is back this Tuesday evening, and will likely be the last event like this of the year 🫶🏻

Wondering what to expect?

We’ll begin with a gentle hatha practice, that weaves in meditation and breathwork, then we’ll follow it up with a cozy bonfire with some light refreshments after class. You’ll have a chance to connect with your Sangha (yoga community), reflect, or just enjoy the space. All bodies and abilities welcome, as always 🫶🏻

I hope you’ll join us 🔥🍂

ISO: Studio space for Yoga Classes/Community Events

Looking for a space to use or rent in the Happy Valley–Goose Bay area to host yoga classes.

Ideally, I’m looking for an open, clean space with enough room for approximately 10–15 yoga mats.

I’m open to a recurring rental arrangement or renting the space for 1-2 weekday evenings, and Sunday mornings.

If you have a space available, or know of somewhere that may work, please send me a message with the location, availability, and rental cost. 😊
