The role of Phenomenology in aviation safety training (Crew Resource Management and instructor training). The session will explore how highly-effective precision communication using the SARI(TM) Communication Toolbox makes all the difference in preventing accidents. We will explore an accident from 1980 and discover how the same errors are still being made 46 years later in all occupational sectors. The session will be as interactive as possible and the audience will drive the models and areas we will explore. 4pm, Carleton Hall, room 106.

We are accepting submissions of any printable work by UNB students (flash fiction, poetry, visual art, short academic essays, etc.) that focuses on themes of gender and/or sexuality to be included in a ‘student showcase’ zine. Everyone who submits will be entered into a draw to win one of three prizes this project is generously funded by the UNB gender and Women’s Studies program. The use of artificial intelligent for any submission is strictly prohibited.
Submissions are due by December 11th , 2026.

Calling all graduate students in the Faculty of Arts! There is one week left to apply to share your posters at our graduate student poster showcase event. The showcase will be part of UNB's Fall Research Celebration Week (Oct 5 - 9).
