I’ve been working away at these medicine heart pins. I did a class on them earlier this week. They’re each filled with to***co, sage, sweetgrass and cedar. I put the medicines in them because I figured it’s a great way to keep the medicines close to the heart. $25 each and I’ll be staying home today so I can keep making them and people can drop by to buy them. They’d be a nice little last minute Valentines gift.

We lost the thermostat cover when we painted this room. Now I’m kinda glad we did. 🙂 I just need to figure out what the dial will look like.

I met new friends in SJ last year while doing some classes. Yesterday they came to visit and one of them brought me the husks from flint corn. Also, lots of seeds to grow my own. Happy to make this for him as a gift back .

I spent a lot of time cleaning and organizing my art room between Christmas and New Years. This is the first thing I did in there this year.

We had a great time making shakers at Nasis Midle School yesterday.

I had a great time teaching quilled poppies tonight in St Mary’s. Everyone did great ❤ Thursday I’ll be doing it again at UNB.

I’m off to Sussex to teach drums this beautiful morning. I had to laugh as I was about to say on this beautiful sunny day- but it’s not sunny at all haha I just feel that way on the inside. I love my work. ❤
