Dreaming of a small-classroom environment or homeschool-style education for your little one?

Kinderwood Kids has ONE full-time space available for a little learner aged 3+ (or possibly two part-time spaces!).

I’m a former elementary teacher who fell in love with the magic of smaller learning environments. Our days blend gentle, intentional curriculum with child-led, play-based learning, inspired by the children’s own interests, questions, and imaginations.

I currently have a wonderful little group of creative, imaginative girls and would love to welcome another little friend into our circle!

I prioitize:
♡Small-group, student-centred learning
♡Creative, imaginative & interest-led play
♡Outdoor exploration and nature-based learning
♡A gentle blend of curriculum and child-led discovery

As a licensed dayhome, my families qualify for the affordability grant, making full-time care just $326.25/month!

Part-time options are also available and are a great fit for families with more flexible schedules looking for a cozy space for their little ones to socialize, explore, and learn.

Message the page for more information or to view our intentionally designed space ❤️.

🧚‍♀️There is this beautiful fairy garden put together by some of the local neighborhood kids. The kids are always excited to check it out on our walks. Last week, the kids made their own fairy doors to add to the garden 🧚‍♀️

1 preschool space available for ages 3+✌️

Looking for an alternative to traditional preschool or kindergarten? Kinderwood Kids is a small, home-based program offering full-day, play-based preschool for children 3+ or more flexible hours than a traditional preschool for parents looking for socialization for their littles.

Our days are guided by the rhythm of the seasons, with lots of outdoor play, nature walks, hands-on exploration, and plenty of time for children to follow their own interests and ideas.

✨ Child-led, play-based learning
✨️ Daily outdoor exploration
✨️ Seasonal, nature-inspired experiences
✨️ Guided by a previous elementary teacher
✨️ Cozy home environment
✨️ A gentle balance of freedom, routine & connection

Thanks to the Affordability Grant, our monthly fees are kept low while still offering a full day of enriching preschool experiences. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8-4 with possibility of morning and afternoon flexibility, situation depending.

1 full-time space available (definition of full-time is flexible). Send me a message if you’d like to learn more!
