The District sports academy was first introduced in Fort McMurray Public Schools at École McTavish Junior High School and École Dickinsfield Elementary School in September 2011 with the focus & commitment to balance and develop academics

🏒🌎 Our Jr High Peak Hockey students rolled up their sleeves and participated in a community clean-up! We’re proud to see our athletes making a positive impact both on and off the ice. Giving back and taking pride in our community is what being part of Peak is all about. Great job, everyone! 👏💙

What a great way to start the day as Coach Vinz returned to work with our Grade 8/9 PEAK dance students, bringing all the energy while teaching hip-hop. We love having him in the studio.

Today we welcomed back coach Vinz for hip-hop with our grade 7 PEAK dance class! We absolutely love having him back. He brings so much energy, passion, and fun to every class. Our students had an amazing time learning new moves and feeding off his incredible vibe . Thanks again, Coach Vinz!

A special farewell to our Grade 9 PEAK hockey athletes! 🏒
As you wrap up your journey with us, we want to thank you for the dedication, hard work, and leadership you've shown both on and off the ice. You've set the bar high and have been incredible role models for the younger athletes in our program.
We are proud of each of you and can't wait to see what's next in your hockey and academic journeys.
