As I left Zen Country Wellness after my final class this season… I found myself grateful for the people who have come to my class this year, the beautiful studio that Dori has created, and the magical views of nature that have surrounded us every Thursday evening. Driving home on country roads during a sunset after yoga is just a cherry on top. Thank you to those who joined me tonight. It was wonderful to see some new faces. I hope to see you all again soon! Enjoy the summer and I will be sure to share a message + picture when the baby is born. Goodnight, peace, and love! 🤗💓

Ps. This sunset photo was taken on a mountaintop close to Perce, Quebec. A beautiful place to visit at least once in your lifetime.

Happy international yoga day!!! It’s a beautiful morning for some beach yoga. This is a photo from a wonderful group I taught along Lake Erie in 2022. I hope everyone gets a good stretch in today. May your yoga practice bring peace to the mind, strength to the body, and joy to the soul! ✌🏼 🌞

🌞 Thank you to those who joined for a beautiful summer solstice yoga flow in the studio warmed by the sun. We opened the windows and listened to the birds while gently flowing through postures and sun breaths. Wishing you all a restful sleep after our first official day of the summer season. Good night 🌙

🌞 June 20th - Summer solstice class… welcome summer with a beautiful flow complete with sun salutations and sun breaths!
💗June 27th - Final class with a special surprise as a thank you

Our studio Zen Country Wellness will remain open through July and then close for summer break during August through the start of September.
