After my grandma’s funeral - I went to her home and took x2 items. A comb and this little golden dinner bell. I don’t know why I felt compelled to grab the bell - but I’m so glad I did. Her beautiful energy is with me every time I work with sound. She was deaf and I never know how much she was able to hear my voice - but I know 100% she hears the music I make now.

Big thank you to the RM of Edenwold for supporting this event. The response rate has been over the top - so grateful. If you’ve never experienced the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls and gongs, then you HAVE TO check this out.

What an amazingly, beautiful, magical day. Thank you everyone who bought a ticket, chose themselves and showed up. It’s one of my greatest joys being able to help create a space + moment in time to serve others “do the work”. Big thanks yous to and for powering up/supporting this event. After a morning of engineering, our campers head to Aspen Links for some well-earned fun — and the air hockey competition gets FIERCE. (That "Golf" sign in the back? Yes, they do that too. 🏌️)

Camp should be the best week of their summer. We're working on it. 💚
