This week’s theme is the integration of a Sankalpa. New Year’s resolutions often come from a place of ‘lacking’ and suggest that something is broken or not right. Whereas, as a Sankalpa originates from the premise that you are whole and enough just as you are. It isn’t about changing who you are, but focusing and honing in on your energy to direct it towards your inherent nature and where you want to amplify. A heartfelt intention or resolve in one -five or so words. Such as “I am strong” or “I am worthy of abundance” or “I trust the rhythm of my life”.

My Sankalpa for the year originates from worthiness. I am worthy of infinite abundance.
