Homemade Oyster Po Boys and damn. I’m so pleased to have found delicious high quality fresh oysters in Edmonton, representing east and west coast too! Couldn’t tell the difference once cooked. Had some mignonette fresh slurps and then fresh sammies. Delish visit in St Albert

Spent a lovely day yesterday with Gabi and Aunt Karin yesterday. Met some of Julianas dearest friends, turns out they were customers of mine at the print shop I worked. Small world. is such a treasure. Not a surprise why she/they loved and supported them. Sat on your bench and felt you with us. Today we learn more about you and how you touched others.

Well my life is complete. I knew they would be mind blowing. But this is another level. These are the small oysters from I got earlier. Learned to shuck, thank you YouTube. Made a vinaigrette and I tasted the ocean in every bite. Highly recommend!!
