Hey everyone. On July 8th & 9th I will be participating in the MS bike tour to raise funds for research into a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
The MS bike tour involves cycling 185 km’s from Leduc to Camrose and back and I’m super excited for the challenge and the opportunity to support such a great cause.
I’d greatly appreciate any donations you are able to spare and have provided the link to my fundraising page below. Of course tax receipts are available to anyone who donates.
Thank you and much love to you all 🙏

I am honoured to have had the opportunity to appear as a guest on “The Change Zone”, a podcast on The Bold Brave network.
The last few years have brought significant change to so many people, including myself, and I was able to share a bit of my story of transitioning into the field of Health Coaching & Life Coaching.
Huge thanks to show hosts Gail McDonald and Susan Sneath for making the experience fun and memorable.
Link to the show is below for anyone who is interested in checking it out. 🙏

Even negative habits have a positive intention. As strange as that sounds, it’s true.
Somewhere along the line, that habit gave us some feeling of comfort, safety, or acceptance, and our subconsciously we hold the belief that the undesirable habit is somehow serving us well.
By simply trying to change our habits at a behavioural level, our subconscious mind will sabotage our efforts in order to protect what has formed our identity (even if it’s not the identity we want).
Lasting habit change needs to be built by following 5 steps.
If you’ve made attempts to change “bad” habits and adopt new ones, but keep on self sabotaging, I can help.
I offer a 1 to 1 consultation at no cost, and you can decide if what I’m offering is right for you.

Grateful to be able to get away for a day of skiing in Jasper with my beautiful daughter and some friends.
First ski of the year and it felt amazing to get a good dose of fresh mountain air.
The kids did great, and crashed hard afterwards ❤️

Simple changes can yield big results!
Last January it became apparent that my metabolism was slowing with age.
I was active, but like most people I was getting far too many refined sugars and grains in the amount of processed foods I was consuming.
My energy levels were low and I felt bloated and constantly hungry.
I made a shift in how I was eating and replaced processed foods with nutrient dense whole foods and healthy fats whenever possible.
I didn’t eat less, and I didn’t exercise more, I simply ate better and chose other outlets to find the “happy place” that comes from eating processed comfort foods.
Fast forward 1 year and my energy levels have improved dramatically, and the cravings I used to feel for those comfort foods are now replaced with cravings for healthy whole foods.
We often don’t realize how badly we are feeling until we give ourselves a chance to experience how much better we CAN feel.
Small hinges can swing big doors!
Start with a simple and systematic approach to changing your eating habits, and experience the benefits for yourself.
I offer a no cost/no obligation consultation on how you can discover your greater potential so if you’re interested please drop me a line 🙏

Many people are willing to invest time and money on their appearance, but neglect to invest in improving their mental health. If you aren’t taking steps towards controlling what’s on your mind, someone else will happily do it for you. A little investment goes a long way. Take control of your mental health and lead a life well lived. 🙏
