This two tier cake features our Earl Grey flavour, with milk steeped in Earl Grey tea to bring a soft, aromatic depth to every bite. It’s filled with silky vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with delicate hand piped florals in American buttercream 🤍

The combination of Earl Grey and vanilla buttercream is our take on a London Fog ☁️

Paired with 50 matching cupcakes, also Earl Grey with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, for a beautifully cohesive dessert spread.

Elegant, fragrant, and completely dairy free and naturally, you’d never know it’s gluten free.
