👋 Say hello to Lindsay! Lindsay first began facilitating with us in October 2025 while she was expecting. After our mom to be class, she lead our mom + baby class in Laurier. We are excited to share that Lindsay will be facilitating our Laurier mom + baby class on Wednesdays this summer!

“Hi everyone! I’m Lindsay.

I’m a first-time mom to my son, Cohen, who just turned 7 months old. In terms of fun updates, we just bought a new house in Ritchie and take possession next week!

When I’m not wrangling a baby or packing boxes, I love trying new restaurants, grabbing coffee, shopping, going for walks, working out, and spending time with friends. I also consume what feels like an unreasonable amount of coffee on a daily basis.

If you’re looking for more ways to get out of the house, meet other moms, and build your village, I co founded Edmonton Moms Club — feel free to check us out!”

🌻 Meet the Farm:

We are so excited to introduce you to GTK Florals. We will visiting them to pick flowers in both our July and August Saturday camps for our South camps!

GTK Florals, the floral division of Green Thumb Kids Gardens, is a family-run micro flower farm located just 4 km east of Sherwood Park.

Our roadside Farmstand on Wye is open seasonally Thursday through Sunday from 12–7 pm, offering fresh-cut wildflower bouquets, sunflower bundles, our own fresh honey, and handmade goat milk soap crafted with milk from our own goats.

We offer:
• Private photography sessions in the flower fields
• Custom florals, event florals, and bulk flower buckets
• Weekly bouquet subscriptions with free Sherwood Park delivery
• Private U-pick experiences for individuals and small groups
• Blooming Pumpkin Centrepiece Workshops for small groups

We feel incredibly blessed to steward this little slice of farm heaven, and we’d love to share it with you. Follow us on Instagram at or to see what’s blooming throughout the season.

📣 Introducing ! Opening June 2026, Mama Strength Studio is located in the Summerside area and offers yoga and Pilates for moms with onsite childcare for their babies 12 months and under.

We are thrilled to be partnering with this local business, owned by fabulous mama, entrepreneur, and former Mommy Connections alum + facilitator, Alexis!

🎉 Mama Strength Studio will be the new host location for our Summerside mom + baby class (0-9 months) on Thursdays, 1-2:30 starting July 16!
