Our new Line Cook Training Program is here — up to 17 weeks of hands-on training to help unemployed or underemployed Albertans step confidently into the food service industry.

Learn food safety, prep & culinary skills lead by a Read Seal Chef. You’ll master your service skills, teamwork, and what it really takes to thrive behind the line. Participants leave ready for employment.

This no-cost program is delivered by Bredin Centre for Career Advancement and funded by the Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services.
