Today, Thursday, July 30th, is World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. CPLEA stands with survivors and all those impacted by human trafficking and reaffirms that human trafficking has no place in our communities.

🎉 It's been one month since the launch of CPLEA's Legal Foundations for Justice Navigators program! 🎉

Over the past month, justice navigators across Alberta have begun exploring our free, self-directed online learning program designed to build foundational knowledge of Alberta's legal system and help them better support their clients.

The program includes 12 self-paced modules, allowing learners to complete the training whenever it works best for them.

CPLEA's After the Flood tipsheet explains the steps that tenants and landlords can take following a flood, including information on safety, repairs, and their rights and responsibilities.

💧 If you see flooding on roadways or in underpasses, report it to your local municipality or county so they can assess the situation and respond as needed.
