Talking about trauma with young people can be hard. My Name is Trauma can make this conversation easier. Trauma is presented in a way that is playful and imaginative to help children learn and understand.

Resiliency doesn’t come from shielding children from challenges or their pain. It comes from children falling down, again and again, and realizing they can pick themselves back up.

Resiliency comes from them sitting with their pain knowing that they can handle it, move past it, and grow from it.
