General information
I am an AFLCA Certified Fitness Leader and teach hoop dance classes in Edmonton. I am available for private lessons, workshops and classes. I want to share my passion for hoop dance with as many people as possible. Whether you're looking to exercise, to dance or to meditate; hoop dance has it all. Most importantly it's fun!
In addition to hooping, I'm also passionate about healing and health. I offer Reiki healing sessions that can help heal physical injuries and emotional issues. Reiki is a non-invasive healing modality that is balancing, calming and relaxing.
