G'day! I'm Paddy, and I’m so glad you’re here.
When my son was first diagnosed with dyslexia, I’ll be honest, it felt like a heavy label. I saw it as a problem that would limit his world, but then I read *The Gift of Dyslexia* and everything shifted. I realized he didn’t have a disability; he had a brilliant, 3-dimensional way of thinking that simply needed a different set of tools. After watching him completely transform through his own mastery program, I knew I had found my calling. I trained as a facilitator in 2002 and have spent over 20 years traveling across Western Canada. From Edmonton and Grande Prairie to Regina and up to Yellowknife, helping others find that same spark.
I truly love connecting with how people think. Whether you’re a visual thinker, a creative soul, or someone who just feels stuck in a traditional classroom, I’m here to meet you in that space.
I’ve seen some incredible breakthroughs over the years, like a 6-year-old finally mastering the alphabet through clay and gaining a massive boost in confidence. I also worked with a 25-year-old who felt he’d tried everything, only to discover that his picture-thinking was actually his greatest asset; he’s now thriving as a computer programmer in university.
While I have the official side of things covered; including education degrees, research credentials, and years of advocacy. What matters most to me is how you feel when we work together. I want you or your child to feel seen, appreciated, and truly understood.
Dyslexia isn't a wall; it’s a door to a different way of processing the world. Let’s open it together and see what’s actually possible.
I'm curious, what part of your journey has felt the most challenging lately?
