Sometimes we keep making choices, holding expectations, or living in ways that felt right for an earlier version of ourselves.

But you've changed.

Take a moment today to consider what you may have outgrown, even if it once served you well.

What comes to mind when you sit with this question?

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝

When was the last time you asked yourself, "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝?"

For many women, that's harder to answer than it sounds.

We spend years noticing what everyone else needs.

Who needs help.
What needs organizing.
What problem needs solving.
Who needs our time.

Eventually, paying attention to everyone else can become automatic, while paying attention to ourselves becomes something we do only when there's time left over.

And often, there isn't.

One way to reconnect with yourself is to start paying attention to the signals you're already getting.

Maybe you're more irritable than usual.
Maybe you're resentful about something you agreed to.
Maybe you're exhausted.
Maybe you're restless, even though everything looks fine on the outside.

Instead of immediately dismissing those feelings, get curious about them.

They may be giving you useful information.

Resentment might point to a boundary that needs attention.

Exhaustion might tell you something needs to come off your plate.

Restlessness might be telling you that something in your life no longer fits.

The next time you notice yourself feeling frustrated, drained, or restless, pause.

Instead of asking,

"𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝒘𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒆?" ask:

"𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰?"

Don't rush to solve it.

First, identify the need.

Because you can't make choices that support you if you don't know what you need.

Waiting for perfection keeps you stuck.

Start where you are, with what you have. 💛

Sometimes the thing that drains us most isn't what we're doing.

It's what we're still carrying.

Old expectations.
Past disappointments.
The pressure to keep everyone else happy.
The belief that we have to figure everything out before taking the next step.

Imagine how much lighter life could feel if you put just one of those things down.

Giving yourself permission to let go isn't giving up.

When you're used to being the person everyone relies on, it can become surprisingly difficult to hear your own voice.

There's always something that needs your attention.

Someone needs an answer.
Something needs organizing.
There's another decision to make, another responsibility to handle, another thing to remember.

And when you've spent years responding to what's needed around you, you can reach a point where you suddenly realize:

"I'm not even sure what I want anymore."

That doesn't necessarily mean you've lost yourself.

It may simply mean you haven't had enough space to listen to yourself.

We often look for clarity by doing more, reading another book, listening to another podcast, asking another person for advice.

But sometimes the answer isn't more information.

It's less noise.

When you create even a small amount of uninterrupted space, you allow yourself to notice what you've been feeling, wanting, or perhaps quietly ignoring.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤'𝐬 𝐓𝐢𝐩 🌿

Give yourself 15–20 minutes this week with no agenda.

Put your phone away.
Sit somewhere quiet, take a walk, or open a notebook.

Then ask yourself:

"What have I been too busy to notice about myself lately?"

Don't force an answer.

Just create the space and see what comes up.

Because reconnecting with yourself doesn't always require a big life change.

Sometimes it begins with simply making enough room to hear yourself again.

𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤.

Notice what comes up as you go about your days.

As another month comes to a close, take a moment to pause before turning the page.

It's easy to focus on what you haven't accomplished yet.

But growth isn't measured only by crossed-off to-do lists.

Sometimes it's found in the conversations you had, the boundaries you set, the courage you showed, or the way you kept going even when things felt uncertain.

Every step forward matters.

Before you welcome a new month, ask yourself:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟?

Take a moment to celebrate your progress.

It's often the small, consistent steps that create the biggest transformation over time. 💚

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤

Many women believe they are stuck because of their circumstances.

More often, they are stuck because of the stories they have been telling themselves for years.

"I'm too old."
"I should be grateful for what I have."
"If I put myself first, people will think I'm selfish."
"It's too late to change."

The more we repeat these thoughts, the more they begin to feel like facts.

But they are beliefs.

Beliefs can be questioned.
Beliefs can change.

One of the most powerful things you can do is pause and ask yourself whether the beliefs you've been carrying are helping you create the life you truly want.

Sometimes, one new belief is all it takes to begin writing a different next chapter.

What is one belief about yourself that you're ready to challenge?
