Be grateful for what is. Give thanks for being alive, for overcoming life's hurdles, for choosing to keep going when your body says it cannot make it another step. for still choosing light when others show you darkness, for choosing love over fear, for choosing empathy when others show you hate, when trying to make sense of the world and the humans in it, understand what Jesus meant when he said, "forgive those they know not what they do." Choosing to respond with love in the face of adversity is not weakness, it is courage, resiliency and strength.

Be grateful for winning, and for losing as both has its purpose in the duality of life, for going, for coming, for trying, and failing, and for making mistakes, for caring, for showing love, for growing and for knowing, and for feeling all the many ranges of emotions we are so lucky to feel, as the act of feeling, is the act of being alive, rust the process,. Ir is better to have loved, cherished, remembered, longed and even to have lost than never to have loved at all.

Give Thanks for this day, that you are alive, live it as though it is the last 24 hours you have on this earth, tell those you love how much you care, share a funny memory or one that warmed your heart, do a random act of kindness, restore others faith in humanity, a care a little more, hug a little longer, laugh a little louder and adventure a little further…….Remember its not about the fancy cars, house, the seemingly perfect relationship or any of the material things, we can’t take them with us, when we are gone.

Live today to the fullest. You Deserve the Best. The Way You Were BORN to live Boldly, fearlessly, Let your Light Shine Brightly.

Compromise comes from a place of: we are a team. We both hear each other’s perspectives (even if we don’t agree) + make choices that don’t require either of us to betray our selves or our core values. Both people’s needs are considered + met (when possible.)

Self sacrifice comes from a fear based space. We believe on a subconscious level that we must betray ourselves or our values to please or keep someone in our lives. There’s usually an unequal power dynamic where one parters needs being met is the main focus while another person feels like their needs aren’t even heard. These relationships usually have deep resentment.
