All new nets up in the girls dorm. Working on the boys dorm next week.

The challenges of Malawi. It is really hard to find certain things here.

Had set up all the tables but it seems we need to add extra strength with all the children. Adding fasteners and bolts.

Setting up a bunk bed for a new young one who may be coming to Agape. This bunkbed was from Canada, but I cant seem to find any wood dowels here.

The weather is cold and windy here currently. Nearing the end of winter months.

What a day! After working on the tables all day, the kitchen has been transformed and now looks like a dream. With a competition ping pong table and new desks in place, the vision is becoming reality.

We give God all the glory for His faithfulness and provision. Every step is a reminder that He is building something beautiful, far beyond what we could have imagined. Onward and upward! ❤️🙌❤️

We've transformed the library. Putting fresh bright paint on walls and shelves and reloading the shelves.

The little ones look outside as they practice at their desks. On the roof is 3 dollarstore balls for decorations.

Skipping ropes hanging up and chalk for drawing.

Schoolboard has a fresh coat of chalkboard paint and getting ready for the small desks coming in for children by their bedrooms or maybe in the function hall.

A few snapshots for my friends in the West🇨🇦—a blend of the old and the new. Traditional life carrying on, while solar panels wait to bring a little more light and opportunity.

The solar panels are finally here and ready to go... now we're just waiting on Phase 2. It was supposed to take two days. Two months later, we're still waiting. 😅 After decades of doing business in Canada, I've learned that in Malawi, "soon" can mean something completely different! My patience is growing... but my hair certainly is falling out. 😂

In the meantime, life doesn't stop. We're buying large bags of beans to feed hungry children, repairing clothes so they can be worn again, and doing everything we can with what we have.

Every meal served, every piece of clothing mended, every step forward is possible because of people like you. Your generosity reminds these children that they are seen, loved, and never forgotten.
