Other than the births of my children I have to say that receiving my black belt after a five hour long test was one of my proudest moments! I have to admit that if someone would have told me that I would be getting a black belt in my late 30s after having my three kids I wouldn’t have believed them. Never underestimate yourself! You are capable of much more than you think!
