So incredibly grateful to say that our family and our home are okay thanks to our functioning smoke alarms and amazing first responders who swiftly took action before it got worse. Stain rags are combustible when they are drying because they heat during the process. So make SURE to let them air dry before tossing them!

Be careful when painting the exterior of your windows!

Make sure you never paint or caulk the weep holes at your windows! They are their for a reason to drain water. My client/friend here had water damage below a majority of her windows so I hopped on the roof and unclogged one as you can see. Avoidable damage that will now cost thousands in repairs! #homeinspectorjoe #mazzasays #madsniffer

The gentleman at the paint store was a little taken back by my list of supplies yesterday.
