Tomorrow's yoga class will be followed by a tea offering. Please bring a vessel of choice for your nourishment. Chelsea will have Freedom Flow Tea brewing during savasana.

Studying in the tree tops✨✨

Last summer about this time I took some time off from my schooling and then I didn’t open the books again till December 😱 I am 75% done my Herbalist Practitioner Program 👏🏽Trying to keep up the momentum and not be swept away by the summer time feels. Does anyone else struggle to stay consistent once summer hits? Studying in the sunshine with the trees definitely helps✨
