At Davidson Playschool, our teachers are dedicated to helping children build the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond. 🌟 Wrapping Up a Wonderful Year at Davidson Playschool! 🌟

The Davidson Playschool students have been enjoying a fun-filled and memorable final month of the school year!

Last week, our students visited Davidson School for their Kindergarten Orientation. This annual partnership helps ensure a smooth and positive transition into kindergarten, giving students a chance to explore their future classroom and become familiar with their new school environment.

We also enjoyed our annual Teddy Bear Picnic, a special tradition that celebrates all the learning and growth our students have accomplished throughout the year. The children brought their favourite stuffed animals and enjoyed a picnic snack together at the park.

This week, we are looking forward to our family barbecue, generously organized by our wonderful board. Families will enjoy an evening of food, fun, and entertainment as we celebrate another successful year together.

On June 16, we will hold a small graduation ceremony for our students moving on to kindergarten. We are incredibly proud of all they have learned and how much they have grown this year.

Thank you to all of our families for your continued support. It has been a wonderful year, and we wish all of our graduates the very best as they begin their kindergarten journey this fall! ❤️🎓📚🍎✨

Today our playschool crew had such a fun field trip to the Davidson Fire Department! 🚒🔥 The firefighters taught the children about their uniforms and equipment, showed them the fire truck, and answered so many curious questions. It was an awesome day filled with fun, learning, and excitement.

A huge thank you to the Davidson Fire Department, and a special thank you to Cory Dean and Logan Tennent for welcoming us and making the visit so memorable for our students! ❤️

Along with this, we’ve been busy enjoying lots of hands-on fun like painting, tissue paper crafts, bouncy castles, sensory bins, and more. It’s been such a joyful and creative week!
