Courage 4 Kidz loves to support families in educating children about good manners, appreciation of variety, recognizing one’s own self-value, and respecting others who may be different than us…..all in creative, playful activities.

Welcome Parents to our Courage 4 Kidz page! We have developed an amazing program that provides support and encouragement for children through art, music, dance and creative exercises. Our aim is to enrich each child with their natural talents and bring joy to their life with fun, grounding activities. In addition, we wish to support them in developing a stronger sense of courage and inner-strength which they will benefit from in their personal experiences and adventures. We strive to engrain into each of our students how unique they are in this world, to appreciate their differences from others and yet recognize their similarities too. Through our one of a kind approach, we strive to show children how special we each are as individuals from all walks of life through tools such as the beauty of nature, the sounds of music, the art of color, and the movement of dance. Your child will learn how to appreciate diversity in all of its splendour. We bring importance to children in the program that feelings and thoughts are valuable through gentle activities that promote inner-wellness and body health. We encourage kindness, respect and dignity to all people.

*** PROGRAM LOCATION ***

Courage 4 Kidz has yet to begin their very first class! The starting date is still being set, but we are aiming for the end of May, beginning of June. We will have a set date in the next few weeks. Stay tuned! Your child gets to be a very important part of this grand opening to the public. The city selections at this time will be in Coquitlam, Surrey, & Burnaby……and we may add a couple more to the mix. If you live in a different city than these 3 mentioned and you would like to suggest we come there as well, please submit your interest in our program. If we get enough requests from your city, we may end up including this location as well. There is still time to help us determine which days of the week we will be in a local city near you by submitting your inquiry information with your preferred weekly availability for your child through our website inquiry page or submit an email to us. We will take all suggestions into consideration! This will help us to select the best days we will be available in your city based on all responses including yours too. We encourage you to submit your inquiry details soon because we will be confirming availability within a few short weeks!

*** CLASS OVER-VIEW ***

Our classes will be divided into age groups between 5-12 years old. However, our Mademoiselle-Bloom girls program is from age 11-14 years old. Classes will be given 1-2 days per week in each city, after-school hours, 3-5:30pm. If you cannot make it right on time, not to worry. The first 15 mins is an after-school snack break time while listening to a story & music to help each child disconnect from the rush of their school day and help them to relax and re-fuel. Afterwards, they will join in a 15 min stretch & gentle body movement activity to get reconnected and grounded. Each day is compromised of a different combination of fun activities, each running approximately 30-40 mins in length with short intervals of light games, short story readings from our teachers or bathroom breaks in between for the students. If a child needs a break from an activity at any time, we provide a rest space where they can take some time to relax. Our light activities are not forced on the students. We will encourage them to be curious and simply try their best. For a break down list of our class combinations per day of the month, we will have this available closer to the start date. However, we do have a description of each class here on our business page as well as our website which should be ready to view shortly if not already. The link to it will be available on our page when it’s up and ready any day now.

*** PRICE BREAK-DOWN ***

Our classes will be available for payment as a drop-in fee or as a package deal with a savings bonus of 30 free minutes per class.

* DROP-IN: $30 / hour Or $75 / session. A full session is 2.5 hours in length. Total amount per drop-in session for a full visit would be $75. But you are welcome to pay the hourly fee of $30/hour if your child will only be present for 1-2 hours. PLEASE NOTE: If your child is only staying for 1-2 hours, it is important you arrive 5 mins early to collect your child on time to avoid any disruptions to the program. We thank you for understanding.
