Stop saying "Sit Still" and start playing these. 👇

We often think that to get a child ready for a structured classroom, we need to practice sitting at a table. But asking a 4-year-old to "sit still" when they don't have the brain development for it yet is like asking someone to lift 200lbs when they haven't been to the gym.

You can't just demand self-regulation. You have to train it.
If you are worried that your child won't be able to handle the structure of kindergarten, don't force the worksheet. Play these three games instead. They target the exact same brain centers needed for classroom success:
