The Friends of Jennie Emery has a donation bin at the Coaldale Bottle Depot, making it easy to turn your empties into opportunities for our students.

Every bottle donation helps support activities throughout the school year, including:

What a fantastic day!

At the end of May, the Friends of Jennie Emery hosted another successful Fun Day for our students. From exciting activities and games to plenty of smiles and laughter, it was a day filled with fun and memories that our students will carry with them for years to come.

A huge thank you goes out to all of the volunteers who generously gave their time and energy to make this special day possible. Events like Fun Day simply wouldn't happen without the support of our amazing school community.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Swirls Lethbridge for once again helping make the day extra special. Fun Day just wouldn't be the same without their delicious treats.

We are so grateful for everyone who helped create another unforgettable experience for the kids. Seeing their excitement, laughter, and joy throughout the day made all the hard work worthwhile.

It has been a busy and exciting couple of months for the Friends of Jennie Emery!

Our Second Annual Gala was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and guests who helped make the evening so memorable. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised $29,737! These funds will be used over the next two years to support a wide variety of student experiences and activities, including field trips, hot lunches, Fun Day, special events, and so much more.

One of the highlights of the evening was the participation of our amazing students. They put their creativity and hard work on display by designing and creating the horse projects that were auctioned off during the gala. We couldn't be prouder of their efforts, and it was wonderful to see their creations receive so much appreciation from our guests.

Events like this are only possible because of the support of our school community. Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered, and helped spread the word. Together, we are creating memorable experiences and opportunities for the students of Jennie Emery School.

We look forward to sharing more of the exciting things these funds will help make possible in the months ahead!
