FUN2BEE ELC 2021-22 Raffle – RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To purchase a Fun2Bee Raffle ticket one must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase.
3. Fun2Bee Board of Directors and staff members, immediate family or persons involved in the conduct and management of the raffle will be allowed to purchase tickets and win prizes.
4. Draws will be made at the Fun2Bee Early Learning Center located at 208 1st Street East in Frontier on the second Thursday of each month that the lottery operates. Draws will be made at 7:00PM.
5. A winner will be selected by random draw of all tickets sold. The prize winner’s ticket will be returned to the draw drum for eligibility for future draws.
6. The drawing of the ticket and announcement will be videoed on a personal cell phone on Facebook live and uploaded to Facebook.
7. Fun2Bee ELC Board of Directors is responsible for contacting the prize winner via phone and shall make every reasonable effort to notify the prize winner.
8. In case of dispute, all decisions by the Fun2Bee ELC Board of Directors will be final.
9. Names of all ticket winners are published.
10. Only 300 tickets will be sold at $100 per ticket.
12. Fun2Bee Early Learning Center reserves the right to cancel the raffle upon SLGA approval if tickets sold do not meet expenses.
13. Ticket purchase deadline is midnight, Saturday July 31st, 2021.
14. Any delivery costs the winner may be required to pay to take possession of a merchandise prize.
