Our Tuesday circles are usually inspired by the Moon because it symbolizes our intuition. But we’re going to change things up this Tuesday (March 10).

During this week's Intuition & Energy Circle, we're still connecting to our intuitive gifts, but we’re also going to explore it through the lens of generosity, faith, abundance, and hope. These are the traits of the planet Jupiter which will be stationing direct in Cancer on that day.

What does "Jupiter stationing direct" mean and why is that important? Jupiter has been retrograde since 11.11.2026. As astrologer Steven Forrest describes, during these periods, Jupiter, “may produce a very serious exterior. May inhibit emotional openness.”

If you’ve been feeling emotionally blocked, or locked in a state of hopelessness since November, I’d say you’re a compassionate human responding normally to the injustice and horrors that we’re witnessing.

And while it's important to hold on to this part of you that cares so deeply, I’d also say, it’s also important to find pockets of faith and hope.

This is what Jupiter direct does and this is what we’ll be focusing on during Tuesday’s Circle.

As I branch out from working solely online to working in person in my communities of origin (Clare and Nova Scotia), I think this is an excellent time for me to reshare my values. This way there isn't any ambiguity as to what you're getting into when we work together. 😉

I wrote these values at the beginning of 2025 when I learned (once again) that when you aren't clear about where you stand, what you worked so hard to build can crumble in an instant.

The purpose of these Circles is to help you develop a confident relationship with your intuition and your inner wisdom.

We do that by having a direct experience with your intuition during a guided meditation, which is inspired by either the New or Full Moon.

During our Circle on December 2, we’ll play with the energy of the Full Moon which is often a time when we’re more open to clarity and insights.

You’ve heard of the myths of how things seem to get a bit more crazy on a Full Moon? Well there’s a reason for that, and we’ll explore that during this session.

Here's what the evening will look like:

🧘🏻‍♀️we'll take a moment to ground and settle in (be sure to bring a yoga mat and or meditation pillow. You may want to bring a blanket too. It's important to be comfortable.)

✒️Full Moons signal a time for paying attention to something that needs our attention. This could be something we missed that needs care or needs to be celebrated.

So before we do the guided meditation, I'll ask you to think of a question you'd love answered during the meditation. (Feel free to bring a journal and pen to write with)

🧘🏿I'll guide you through a journey. Here you'll interact with your intuition. I'll give more details on Tuesday.

📖 After this journey, you'll get a chance to share what was significant. Was your question answered? What details do you need to pay attention to?

Vous avez entendu les mythes selon lesquels les choses semblent devenir un peu plus folles lors d’une Pleine Lune ? Eh bien, il y a une raison à cela, et nous l’explorerons pendant cette session.

Voici à quoi ressemblera la soirée :

🧘🏻‍♀️Nous prendrons un moment pour nous ancrer et nous installer (pensez à apporter un tapis de yoga et/ou un coussin de méditation. Vous pouvez aussi apporter une couverture. Il est important d’être confortable.)

✒️Les Pleines Lunes signalent un temps pour prêter attention à quelque chose qui mérite notre attention. Cela peut être quelque chose que nous avons manqué, qui a besoin de soin ou qui mérite d’être célébré.

Avant la méditation guidée, je vous demanderai de réfléchir à une question que vous aimeriez voir éclairée pendant la méditation. (N’hésitez pas à apporter un journal et un stylo pour écrire.)

🧘🏿Je vous guiderai dans un journey où vous interagirez avec votre intuition. Je donnerai plus de détails mardi.
