Around this time of year, I begin to hear a theme emerge in client conversations: "I need a reset for [2026]." "...time to review my goals for the new year." "I'll start fresh in January." "I might as well wait until the new year."

This International Coaching Week I want to speak directly to those clients, artists and creative entrepreneurs who suffer from a little thing called perfectionism.
When I launched my coaching business I didn’t have all the answers (I still don’t). I created a website and listed my services. I started sharing what I was doing. I continue to refine all of these things. In fact, I’m working on some exciting website updates right now.
One of the things I love about coaching is that it can support the small steps, the incremental action that overtime accumulates and realises the bigger vision. We wildly underestimate the power of small, consistent action.
