Yesterday, our K–9 students took time to learn, listen, remember, and reflect as we prepared for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Our students learned about the truths of the residential school system through a morning assembly and intentional classroom lessons. We ended the day by coming together as a school community for prayer, reflection, and silence during our Reconciliation Walk.

Truth must be remembered, stories must be heard, and reconciliation is something we all have a part in.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home, Survivors, their families, and all those impacted by the residential school system.

Congratulations to our Knights girls volleyball team on winning their host tournament on the weekend! 🥇🏆

The girls endured a long day, winning all four of their round robin games before playing Donalda in a semifinal match, winning both sets. They then came up against Delburne School in the finals, in a very tough match. Congrats on the victory, girls! 🥳🎉
