cross-country skiers. We ski and train in Calgary, Canmore, Bragg Creek, Kananaskis, Banff, Lake Louise, and beyond.

We are inspired by crisp winter days gliding on freshly groomed tracks with like-minded friends.

Ready to feel stronger this summer? Our Summer Strength Program is now open to new members—and we have 6 spots left.

Strength training is one of the best ways to maintain muscle, stay resilient, and keep doing the activities you love as the years add up. If you’re a cross-country skier, cyclist, hiker, or runner looking for smart, supportive training, come lift with a great group this summer.

* Program designed by an experienced Kinesiologist specializing in strength & conditioning for athletes of all ages
* Train with a friendly group in Calgary (WinSport) or Canmore (Bill Warren Training Centre)
* Group sessions: Tuesday evenings, weekly from now to the end of August
* Plus a simple home workout so you can complete a second session on your own each week
* $275 for new members
