New retail bags are here and we’re loving the fresh look! We had fun adding little details on all sides of the bag. (even the bottom, but you’ll have to buy a bag to see what it says 👀)
These bags have already hit the shelves at our retail locations. Have you snagged one? Share a photo on social and tag us.
When the coffee beans are roasting in the drum you can hear an audible “first crack” when the temperature reaches around 400°F.
We also check the beans in the sample slot to see colour development and to check how the roast process is going.
Is there any part of coffee roasting that you’d like to know more about?

May your Easter weekend be filled with hope and thankfulness as you consider the death and resurrection of our Saviour.
We’re drinking good coffee, savouring family time, and eagerly looking forward to warmer spring days ahead.
Happy Easter.
Drink Coffee-stay warm. It’s basically foolproof and makes a delightful cup of coffee. You’re five steps away:
1. Coarse grind some coffee beans
2. Add hot water (just off boil)
3. Bloom for 30 seconds
4. Fill, cover, wait 4 minutes
5. Plunge slowly. Pour. Enjoy.
