I feel deeply blessed to care for children from many different backgrounds. As someone who also came from another country and was welcomed and supported by Canada, I carry a strong sense of gratitude for the opportunities I was given and a commitment to give back through my work with children and families.

Here’s to celebrating the many cultures, traditions, and stories that make our early years program so rich, meaningful, and full of life. Together, we are creating a place where every child belongs. 🌈✨

The day was filled with imagination, laughter, and a magical world of fantasy that brought so much joy to everyone. In our warm, home-like setting, the celebration felt both beautiful and meaningful, as we honored each child’s uniqueness and created memories filled with love, friendship, and happiness. We’re wrapping up April with our annual Bumblebee Week—one of our favorite seasonal play and learning in the program! The children are enjoying hands-on play, from our little “honey shop” to songs and sensory activities.

Happy Earth Day 2026 🌎 Precious Gem Haven for Learning Daycare

Today, our little learners took part in a meaningful community clean-up experience. With gloves on and teamwork in action, the children helped collect and sort garbage, including an “ocean clean-up” activity where they learned about protecting marine life and keeping our waters clean.

We also explored an Earth science experiment, sparking curiosity and helping the children understand how caring for our planet makes a difference.

To celebrate their hard work, we enjoyed a special pizza lunch, balanced with vegetables and fruits reminding us that caring for ourselves goes hand in hand with caring for the Earth.

Through these hands-on experiences, the children practiced responsibility, cooperation, and environmental awareness.

Through our community walk, we were able to wave and say thank you to the community helpers who do so much for us.
