A couple weeks ago I cleaned the sheath of a beautiful heavy horse. The owner said his sheathe has always been quite large and that the vet wasn’t concerned.
This is the message I received a few days after his appointment.

Do something and get it wrong,
Heck get it wrong 100 times
that’s at least 10X more productive than doing nothing.

You will end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did!!!!

So make a deal with yourself to not leave this earth with regrets!!!!

Makes memories and enjoy life to the fullest.

When was the last time your boy had a good sheath cleaning and beaning?????

🐴If your gelding presents with hind end issues he may have a dirty sheath.

🐴If you notice a poor or spurting urine stream, your gelding may have a bean.

🐴If your gelding doesn't drop well when he pees it is likely he will have a dirty sheath....(common in older geldings)

Having you geldings sheath cleaned/de-beaned done on a regular basis is great preventative measure to maintaining a healthy and happy horse.

Huge bonus is prevention of unwanted vets bills.
