Our dual-level, hands-on Usui Reiki Practitioner Level 1+2 Certification training is designed for those who are looking for a deeply transformative healing experience + professional training.

"This was a powerful transformative training that has to be experienced to truly be appreciated and understood. I am not new to energy work. In fact, I'd even been certified in Reiki previously. This was not like anything I've experienced before. Set on the most perfect backdrop, Caroline masterfully created a safe space for exploration and stepping into the energy realm. From start to finish, the experience was magical." - Mel Groves

Shedding old layers sounds beautiful in theory, but in reality? It is incredibly messy.

We talk about "letting go" like we’re just shaking dust off our shoes. But the truth is, those old layers were built for survival. They kept us safe, they fit the rooms we used to sit in, and they were woven from habits, relationships, and identities that took years to build. Peeling them back feels heavy, confusing, and sometimes downright terrifying.

But here is the plot twist: the version of you emerging from the wreckage isn’t just a slightly tweaked, polite upgrade of your past.

When you finally stop self-abandoning, your boundaries look aggressive to people who used to benefit from your silence.

When you start honoring your peace, your lifestyle looks completely unrecognizable to your old circles.

This new self isn't trying to blend in or make people comfortable anymore. They are burning down the cages of who you "should" be to demand space for who you actually are.

If you are stuck in the messy middle right now—feeling the friction of outgrowing your old skin but feeling intimidated by the sheer power of your new vision—keep going.

You aren't breaking down. You are breaking free.

You are the medicine your bloodline has been waiting for. 🕊️✨

Have you ever felt a deep, unexplained ache in your chest? A sudden wave of anxiety that doesn’t seem to belong to any event in your current life? An intense fear of scarcity, a habit of hyper-vigilance, or a pattern of staying small to stay safe?

Science calls it epigenetics; ancient wisdom calls it lineage. Your body is a living archive.

It carries the unexpressed grief of your grandmothers, the unspoken fears of your grandfathers, and the survival mechanisms of generations who had to endure things you can only imagine.

When an ancestor is unable to process a trauma, that energy doesn’t simply vanish. It gets passed down like an unread letter, waiting for someone with enough courage to finally open it, read it, and lay it to rest.
That person is you.

It is not an accident that you are the one in your family who asks the hard questions. It’s not a coincidence that you feel a restlessness that talk therapy alone can’t seem to reach. You were given this path because your soul is resilient enough to hold the light up to the dark.

When you choose to drop out of your head and into your heart—when you choose to sit with your triggers, feel them completely, and break a painful generational cycle—you aren't just healing your current reality. You are literally rewriting history backward and forward.

You send a ripple of peace to the seven generations who came before you, and you clear a path of absolute freedom for the seven generations coming next.

But remember this: Your lineage is not just a source of heavy burdens. Inherited trauma is real, but so is inherited strength.

Behind you stand thousands of ancestors who survived, loved, created, and dreamed you into existence.

You don't have to carry their struggles anymore; you only need to carry their wisdom.

Honor them by letting go of what they couldn't process, and take your power back.

You don’t find yourself on a medicine journey. You remember her.

When women gather with plant medicines, a different kind of magic unfolds. It becomes relational, deeply embodied, and safely held.

Psychedelics have this beautiful capacity to quiet the default mode network—the part of the brain keeping our old, outdated stories on repeat.

They allow us to put down the exhaustion of "handling it" all and touch the raw, unconditioned truth underneath.

But the medicine only opens the door. The real power belongs to the woman who does the work afterward.

The Healing Ground: It's in the quiet integration, rewriting generational narratives, and learning to trust our inner healing intelligence again.

The Sacred Container: It’s about being witnessed by a community that doesn't ask us to tuck away our shadow, but honors our fullness.

When a woman heals her relationship with herself through this work, she doesn’t just transform her own life. She disrupts the ancestral trauma line moving forward, and she expands what is possible for every woman around her.

We are done shrinking. We are ready to remember.

Thank you to all of the women we had the honour of journeying 🙏.

Becoming a Somatic Practitioner allows you to offer clients lasting transformation by helping them to safely heal at the root.

Somatic healing is uniquely powerful because it targets the nervous system directly to release trapped survival energy, addressing the physiological roots of trauma, stress, and overwhelm.

Instead of focusing on the mind, somatics listens to the body's biological and innate wisdom to restore balance.

Begin your personal and professional journey with level 1+2 combined training,
An 8-week online program with weekly class calls, interactive group learning, plus a 2-day in-person training and case study mentorship with fellow students.

In level 1+2 you will learn:

🌿 A powerful approach to working with somatic memory, the nervous system, parts work + neurosomatic intelligence.

🌿 A trauma-informed training that allows you to facilitate safe + supportive somatic sessions for your clients.

🌿 Complete a 40-hour Somatic Meditation Facilitator Training as part of Level 1+2 to support your personal + professional work

🌿 Develop your somatic practitioner skills in a small group where you will complete case study sessions + receive mentorship

Students then continue onto level 3 to begin a 4-6 month mentorship for working with clients and obtaining the necessary skills for certification.

We’ve all seen the explosion of "nervous system regulation".

But here is an uncomfortable truth for practitioners, coaches, and educators: You cannot facilitate a depth of healing in someone else that you have not integrated within your own body.

If you try to teach nervous system capacity while actively running on the fumes of your own survival mode, your clients won't just hear your words—their biology will read your state.

Here is why raw knowledge is never enough when it comes to somatic work:

1️⃣ Co-Regulation Precedes Self-RegulationNervous systems do not learn in isolation; they learn through relation. True regulation relies heavily on co-regulation—the biological phenomenon where a dysregulated nervous system literal "borrows" the calm, stable baseline of a safe person. If your system is buzzing with hidden hyper-vigilance, suppressed exhaustion, or a frantic need to "fix" the client, your body is transmitting threat cues rather than safety.

2️⃣ Information is 20%. Embodiment is 80%.
Roughly 80% of the information flowing through the vagus nerve travels upward from the body to the brain. Regulation is not a cognitive lesson or a logic puzzle. You cannot text-book your way into holding space for someone else’s trauma, rage, or deep freeze responses. If you lack the physical capacity to sit comfortably with your own intense emotions, you will subconsciously shut down or deflect theirs when things get heavy.

3️⃣ The Danger of "Performative Calm"
True regulation isn't about looking perfectly still, quiet, or zen. True regulation is flexibility—the capacity to move into intense activation or deep rest and fluidly find your way back.

When a teacher lacks this capacity, they often mistake emotional suppression for peace.

They teach people how to bypass their real pain rather than how to expand their actual container to hold it.

To guide someone through the dark, your own system must know the terrain.

It’s okay to be a work in progress. It’s okay to have a sensitive system. But leadership in the somatic space demands a fierce commitment to your own grounding first.

In the modern world, we are taught to look at our bodies like biological machines. When a part breaks down, we isolate it, fix it, or numb it.

But in shamanic and indigenous wisdom, your body is something much more sacred: a living bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds.

Here is how a Shaman views the flesh and bone you inhabit:

✨ 1. A Vessel for Spirit.
Your physical body is the temporary home for your soul. Shamanism teaches that you have a "subtle body" or an energy field that extends beyond your skin. What happens in your physical tissues is often a reflection of what is happening in your energetic, emotional, and spiritual landscape.

🌿 2. An Extension of the Earth.
You don’t just live on the Earth; you are the Earth. Your bones are the stones, your blood is the rivers, and your breath is the wind. When the physical body falls ill, it is often a sign of being disconnected from the natural rhythms of nature and community.

🗺️ 3. A Map of Your Ancestry & Trauma.
Your body keeps score. Shamanic practitioners view chronic pain, tension, and illness not as random failures, but as physical messages. The body stores unexpressed grief, ancestral trauma, and forgotten stories waiting to be unraveled and healed.

👁️ 4. A Tool for Perception.
We don’t just think with our brains—we feel with our entire biology. True shamanic seeing happens when we listen with the heart and the gut, allowing the body to act as an antenna for intuition and spiritual guidance.

I have had a deep relationship with horses throughout my life and most recently, I can feel their spirit + powerful healing medicine reaching out to me.

Long before horses were forced into tools of labor, battle, or sport, they walked this Earth as something entirely different: sacred allies, mirrors of the soul, and ultimate healers.

In ancient times, cultures across the globe recognized what modern society spent centuries forgetting—that the horse carries a profound, primal medicine.

The Lakota held silent ceremonies, attuning to horses to let ancestral wisdom and deeply buried trauma surface to be healed.

Ancient Germanic tribes protected sacred white horses in untouched groves, never to be ridden, keeping them solely as channels for intuitive guidance.

In ancient China, they spoke of “Ma Qi”—the unique, invigorating life-force energy of the horse that could rebalance the human spirit.

This wasn’t just folklore. It was an advanced understanding of energy, connection, and survival.

Today, modern science is finally catching up to this ancient knowing. Through the laws of physics and electromagnetism, we now know that a horse’s massive electromagnetic heart field is powerful enough to literally regulate our nervous systems.

When you stand next to a thousand-pound animal, your brainwaves shift, your heart rate variability syncs, and your body drops into a state of somatic safety.

They do not read your words. They read your posture, your breath, and the unspoken contractions of your soul.

They offer absolute clarity without an ounce of judgment.

Horse medicine is a remembering. It’s a return to the Earth, a return to the heartbeat, and a return to yourself.

If the horses are calling to you… it's time to listen. 🐴

The term "trauma-informed" is losing its meaning—and it’s putting clients at risk.

What started as a revolutionary paradigm shift in care has unfortunately mutated into a trendy marketing buzzword.

True trauma-informed care is an active, deeply complex practice, not a badge of honor or a checkbox for your website bio.

Trauma-informed care is founded in the capacity and awareness of the practitioner to recognize a survival response when it moves through a client’s physiology in real time, and to stay regulated within themselves.

What Practitioners Actually Need to Know:

It’s a Framework, Not a Toolkit: It isn't a specific set of tools or exercises you roll out during a session. It is an overarching lens that fundamentally shifts how you view every human interaction, symptom, and behaviour.

Scope of Practice is Everything: If you are a coach, bodyworker, or educator, being trauma-informed means knowing when to refer out. It means recognizing the limits of your training and refusing to open psychological doors you aren't equipped to help a client close.

Continual Self-Regulation: You cannot successfully guide a client through a dysregulated nervous system if you haven't done the deep, ongoing work to regulate your own.

Let’s commit to moving past the trend and back into the integrity of the work. Our clients deserve care that matches our marketing.
