Many of us have cultural experiences with the SAME systems that are oppressing our indigenous neighbours. So be an ally and learn about whose land you're on, and how you can support and learn from local indigenous communities 🧡

✨Still soaking in the magic of this retreat I was selected to join by in beautiful, snowy, .

Grateful to be surrounded by such inspiring women in climate — sharing strategies, stories, and so much heart.

🧘🏽‍♀️It was a reminder that rest is part of the work. Slowing down together made space for healing, laughter, and deep connection.

Feeling recharged and ready to keep going — in solidarity.

What do you do to recharge?

If you want to go fast go alone if you want to go far go together 🔥

🎉This International Women's Day, I reflect on the fact that in just a few weeks, I will be on a retreat with these incredible . Together, we were selected as the top 30 Changemakers for The Planet in the North America cohort.

🌳Thanks for providing us young leaders, entrepreneurs and activists with a space to support one another, foster a sense of community and COLLABORATE!

👭Collaboration has always been a guiding principle throughout my work. In the environmental space, many of our efforts are often siloed and it's important to break that stigma.

☺️Feeling so inspired by my fellow green entrepreneurs, activists, and advocates. Can't wait to see what is in store as 💚

Starting with teaching French as a second language part time while I pursued my masters degree, the classroom setting still exhilarates me to this day. ✨

I'm grateful that I am able to continue teaching in my career in another form. I had the pleasure of being a guest lecturer at University of Toronto for the "Social Geographies of Climate Change course". 🌎

As an educator, I am always leaving the classroom feeling inspired by the students engagement. But what made this one extra special is that the Professor is a friend from grad school! 😊

It was a pleasure to witness where his research has taken him, and I was grateful to share the work done by and my personal activism journey through - both essential forms of tackling the climate crisis ✊🏾

Truly, a testament to how essential it is to create spaces in different forms to tackle the various facets of the crisis, we are living in. It is such an honour to inspire the next generation, and I am looking forward to the next one! 💃🏽
