Starting off the weekend with a relaxing 🧘‍♀️ Yoga is not only beneficial for adults- children can have a lot to gain with yoga🙏. Yoga for children can help with:

🍃 managing their anxieties
🍃improving emotional regulation
🍃boosting self- esteem
🍃increases children’s body awareness and mindfulness
🍃enhances children’s concentration and memory
🍃helps develop strength and flexibility

It’s ok if your not a yogi yourself- YouTube has many videos for children’s yoga!

Take a look at these balancing skills!!! 👍🙉 you go Caila!!! ⭐️ we cut these wooden slices/ discs from tree branches in our backyard making some thin and some bigger.
Wooden slices are not only for stacking and can be used in a number of ways. Our little wonders have used these in some very interesting ways such as....
🍃 small world play
🍃 dramatic play (kitchen)
🍃 loose parts play
🍃arts and crafts

🍃 Divider Tray 🍃 I’ve been receiving great comments and inquiries on this super practical piece from Homesense.

It’s a great way to provide a variety of materials/ loose parts to our little wonders while keeping them in close proximity of one another. You can always switch it up with arts and crafts materials, beading activities and even sensory. The variety of items are attractive for these little wonders and draws them in every time! ✔️ Keep an eye out at your next Honesense visit 👀.

👀 Word Letter Hunt 👀 Easy peasy way to use your puzzles for other purposes 👍. You can throw any puzzle pieces in a sensory bin and have your little wonders seek and find to complete the puzzle🔍.

Little Caila was curious so we brought it down to the ground and when we were done the clean up crew came out 💥👌😄
