Giant cutting board anyone? We just CNC milled this 4x8 sheet of HDPE Starboard into a set of panels and parts for a customer's prototype requirements. HDPE is often used to create food-grade work surfaces and cutting areas, though most of these parts would have been a little large for our kitchen...

Here's a cool project from last week. We CNC-cut a horse and buggy into a sheet of MDF per our customer's design. They will use this to make a fiberglass mold which will in turn be used to form the design into concrete. Giddy up CNC!

We cut this beautiful treble-clef picture holder (measuring almost 30" tall) to be the centerpiece of a child's nursery. Rather than a drawing or CAD file, we were given measurements and a theme to work with. It's reported that the baby sleeps well and can already cry in tune!

Today's project: cut 60 store fixture cabinet gables for a high-end flooring company. Each unit will be assembled and sent to a major box-store retailer later this year as a marketing tool. We love the smell of coffee, Timbits and sawdust in the morning!

This home renovation project consisted of an integrated clothes wardrobe and bookcase for a loft-style living space. All parts were cnc machined and cut from birch plywood, and designed to "snap" together during construction for easy assembly. Using our existing design templates, we were able to create drawings for customer approval in only a few days. It turns out there is room for a few more pairs of shoes in this room after all....

This customer came to us with a napkin sketch of an unusual wall-mount speaker stand design: off the floor (away from the reach of his young child), circular to allow adjustment, and angled slightly downward toward his listening area. Using our CAD software and CNC router, we manufactured a full surround-sound stand set exactly to order. Disney melodies never sounded so good!
