Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️
Our 2026 Graduation Ceremony was about celebrating our graduates — but it was also about celebrating the extraordinary community that helped them reach this moment.
First, to our parents: thank you for trusting us with what is most precious in your lives. You trusted us not simply to care for your children, but to teach them, encourage them, protect them, challenge them and love them. That trust is something we will never take for granted.
We were deeply honoured to have our graduates celebrated by representatives from all three levels of government — our federal Members of Parliament, our Member of Provincial Parliament and Minister, and the Mayor of Barrie. Thank you for taking the time to recognize our children and to remind them, even at this young age, that their community believes in them.
To our amazing Principal: thank you for leading with heart, dedication and an unwavering commitment to our children.
To our Superhero Educators: you are the heart and soul of Kids Childcare + Preschool. Behind every child walking across that stage is an educator who wiped tears, tied shoes, gave hugs, answered approximately 14 million questions, taught lessons, encouraged friendships and believed in that child every single day.
And finally, to our 2026 graduates:
Yesterday, you walked across a little stage.
Tomorrow, the stages will get bigger.
Never stop asking questions. Never stop being curious. Never be afraid to make mistakes. Be brave. Be kind. Stand up for others. Dream as big as you possibly can.
And wherever life takes you, always remember that there was once a little school in Barrie filled with people who believed you could become absolutely anything.
We are so incredibly proud of you.
