At Mac Tíre Bán Martial Arts, we believe martial arts is about so much more than punches and kicks. It’s about helping children discover what they are capable of.

Our small, community-focused school has created an environment where students are supported, encouraged and challenged to become stronger—not only physically, but in confidence, discipline, self-regulation and character.

Our children's programming has received recognition, reflecting our commitment to creating meaningful, engaging programs for young students.

This September we are offering 2 starter program in addition to regular student enrolment.

The first program is for the younger set….
🌟 TOT PACK — AGES 4–6

7-Week Program | Wednesdays, 6:00–6:45 PM
September 16 – October 28, 2026

A fun, age-appropriate introduction to martial arts designed to help young children develop physical literacy, coordination, listening skills, self-regulation and positive character habits—all while having FUN!

The second program is and extended trial program designed specifically for those wanting to try martial arts.

🥋 KARATE QUEST — AGES 7–10

7-Week Introductory Karate Program
Beginning September 16, 2026
Training options available 3 days per week

Ages 7–10 are ready to take their martial arts journey to the next level!

Karate Wolf Warrior Quest introduces children to foundational karate techniques, movement, focus, discipline and practical martial arts skills while giving them the opportunity to become part of a positive team environment.

Here, children are encouraged to try, learn, make mistakes, try again and discover their own strengths.

They’ll work toward becoming more confident and capable while learning the importance of respect, perseverance, responsibility and self-control.

❤️ For parents, it’s a place where your child can train, grow and belong.

At Mac Tíre Bán Martial Arts, we don't simply want to teach children how to perform techniques—we want to help them develop skills and character they can carry into school, friendships, family life and the world around them.
