Helping women break free from chronic symptoms, pain or automimmune so they can feel like themselves again-calm, energized & empowered for healing! Let’s talk!

08/21/2026

✨Maybe you want to lose weight.
✨Maybe you want more energy.
✨Maybe you want to sleep better, feel stronger, hurt less, or stop wondering why you just don’t feel like yourself anymore.

🫶Those things matter.

🫶But I think there’s something underneath all of them that we don’t talk about nearly enough.

What do you want your health FOR?
💛To travel?
💛Hike?
💛Play with your grandkids someday?
💛Feel good getting dressed and then forget about your body for the rest of the day?
💛Say yes when someone asks, “Want to go?”
💛Have enough energy left at the end of the day to actually enjoy your life?
💛Trust yourself to go out for dinner without wondering if you’re ruining all your progress?
💛Wake up thinking about what you’re excited to do that day instead of what you need to fix?

💛💛THAT’S why I care about health.

💛💛And it’s why the work I do with women isn’t about creating the most perfect wellness routine.

👉It’s about helping you figure out what actually helps you feel better, make it work in your real life, and spend more of your energy on the life you’re taking care of yourself to live.

Your health is not the destination.

It’s supposed to help you get where you want to go. 💗

If this is the kind of healthy life you’re after, follow along.

And tell me one thing: What do YOU want your health for?

08/20/2026

💛Eat enough protein.
💛Lift heavy.
💛Walk after meals.
💛Get your steps.
💛Sleep 7–9 hours.
💛Manage your blood sugar.
💛Get morning sunlight.
💛Take the right supplements.
💛Meditate.
💛Stretch.
💛Recover.

Oh—and whatever you do…

MANAGE YOUR STRESS. 😵‍💫

Anyone else see the irony here?
None of these things is bad advice.
In fact, I recommend many of them.

✨But somewhere along the way, taking care of ourselves became another list of things women feel like they’re failing at.
And I don’t think we talk about that enough.

Because if your “healthy lifestyle” has you constantly worrying…
😵‍💫Am I eating enough protein?
😵‍💫Did I exercise enough this week?
😵‍💫Should I be taking that supplement?
😵‍💫Is this food spiking my blood sugar?
😵‍💫Am I sleeping enough?
😵‍💫What am I missing?😵‍💫

…then I think we need to look at the WHOLE picture.

Your wellbeing matters, too.

This is a big part of the work I do as a health & life coach.

I’m not interested in piling another 10 healthy habits onto your life.

I help women sort through all the noise, figure out what actually deserves their attention right now, and create a way of taking care of themselves that fits their real life.

💛Sometimes that means adding something.
💛Sometimes it means changing something.
💛And sometimes it means realizing you don’t have to do everything.💛

✨Healthy habits should support your life.

💛💛They shouldn’t become another source of stress in it. 💛💛

✨If you’re a woman in midlife who’s tired of wondering whether you’re doing enough to be healthy, follow along.✨

💛We’re going to make this a whole lot simpler.💛

I read something recently about Gen X women that hit me harder than I expected.

👉We were raised to be independent.
👉To figure things out.
👉To be responsible.
👉To push through.
👉To take care of what needed to be taken care of.

💛And somewhere along the way, a lot of us became the women everyone else could count on.

💛We got REALLY good at it.💛

But I wonder if we carried that same mindset into our health:

Something doesn’t feel right?
👉Research it.

Our body changes?
👉Figure out what we’re doing wrong.

Low energy? Weight gain? Trouble sleeping? Feeling “off”?
👉Find the diet. The workout. The supplement. The expert. The plan.

And if none of it works?
👉Try harder.

💛Maybe that’s part of why so many smart, capable women come to me feeling exhausted by their health.

It’s not because they don’t care enough.
They’ve been trying to figure it out for YEARS.

And one of the things I’ve come to believe as a health & life coach is this:

Being capable doesn’t mean you have to figure everything out by yourself.

Sometimes the most helpful thing isn’t another answer.

💛It’s having someone beside you who can help you sort through the noise, see what you can’t see when you’re in the middle of it, and figure out what actually makes sense for you now.

Maybe that’s why this Gen X realization got me a little emotional.

I’ve spent a lot of my life figuring things out, too.

My fellow Gen X women — does any of this sound like you?

If it does, tell me: FIGURE IT OUT in the comments.

And if you’re new here, follow along. Let’s continue this conversation.

✨What if the problem isn’t that you can’t stick to the plan?

💛What if the plan is too hard to stick to?

We’re so quick to assume we need more motivation, more discipline or more accountability when we fall off track.

But as a coach, that’s not where I start.

I want to know:
✨Does this actually fit your life?
✨Does it work when you’re tired, busy, traveling or having a completely normal Tuesday?

💛Because sometimes the answer isn’t trying harder.

💛💛It’s making the plan easier.

✨Maybe 5 workouts become 3.
✨Maybe the hour-long workout becomes 20 minutes.
✨Maybe meal prep becomes buying the pre-cooked chicken.
✨Maybe your elaborate morning routine becomes the TWO things that actually help you feel good.

💛That’s not lowering the bar.

💛💛That’s creating something you can actually live with.

🫶This is a big part of the work I do with my coaching clients: figuring out what matters, simplifying it, and creating healthy habits that work in their real lives—not just on their best days.

💛💛Because the goal isn’t to get better at following the plan.

The goal is to create a plan that works for YOU. 💗

💛💛If you’re a woman in midlife who’s tired of starting over every time life gets in the way, follow along.

🫶Around here, we’re making healthy work in real life.

“I know what to do. I’m just not doing it.”

I hear some version of this from women all the time.

And usually, they think the answer is:
💗More motivation.
💗More discipline.
💗More accountability.

💗💗But that’s rarely where I start.

As a health & life coach, I’m much more interested in why the thing you want to do isn’t happening.

💕Are you trying to change too much at once?
💕Does your plan actually work in your real life—or only on your best days?
💕What happens in the moment you decide, “Forget it. I’ll start again tomorrow”?

💗💗Because that’s where we find the useful stuff.

👉Maybe you’re exhausted.
👉Maybe the habit is too big.
👉Maybe you’re stuck in all-or-nothing thinking.
👉Maybe something else needs your attention first.
👉Maybe the plan was never realistic to begin with.

💗💗This is what coaching looks like with me.

We don’t just talk about what you “should” be doing.

We get curious about what’s getting in the way, figure out what actually matters for you, and create a way forward that works in your real life.

Because knowing what to do and knowing how to make it work for you are two very different things. 💗

If you’re a woman in midlife who keeps thinking, “I know what to do. Why can’t I just DO it?” — follow along.

I’m going to be sharing a lot more about what coaching actually looks like and how I help women turn what they know into something they can actually live.

💬“What else should I be doing?”

I hear some version of this from women all the time.

And I get it.

When you don’t feel like yourself, it’s natural to assume the answer is something you haven’t found yet.

👉A different way of eating.
👉A better workout.
👉A supplement.
👉A morning routine.
👉More discipline.
👉A better plan.

But as a coach, I’m often much more interested in a different question:

🫶What’s making the things you already know you want to do so hard to actually do?

🫶Maybe you’re exhausted.
🫶Maybe you’re trying to change ten things at once.
🫶Maybe your plan works beautifully on your best days…and falls apart on normal ones.
🫶Maybe you’re taking care of everyone else before you even think about yourself.
🫶Maybe you’re so overwhelmed by conflicting advice that you don’t know what deserves your attention anymore.

✨THAT’S where coaching gets interesting.

💛Because I can give you another list.

💛Or we can figure out what’s actually getting in the way—and build something that works in your real life.

💛That’s the work I want more women to experience.

💛💛If you’ve ever thought, “I know what to do. Why can’t I just DO it?” — you’re exactly the kind of woman I work with.

👉Follow along. We’re going to talk a lot more about this.

If you landed here thinking…

“I eat pretty well.”
“I exercise.”
“I take care of myself.”
“I know what I’m supposed to be doing.”

“…so why don’t I feel like myself?”

You’re my kind of woman. 💗

Because I don’t believe the answer is always another diet, workout, supplement, morning routine—or more discipline.

Sometimes you need someone to help you step out of all the noise and figure out what’s actually getting in the way.

What matters for your body.
What fits your life.
What deserves your energy right now.
And what you can stop working so hard at.

That’s the work I do as a health and life coach.

We care about food, movement, sleep, stress and all the things that support your health.

But we also care about creating a life where being healthy doesn’t take up so much of your life.

If you’re a woman in midlife who wants to feel better without turning your health into another full-time job…

you’re in the right place. 💗 Follow along.

08/09/2026

💛Maybe it’s sleeping a little later.
💛Saying yes to an unexpected invitation.
💛Skipping the workout and taking a walk instead.
💛Eating the ice cream.
💛Sitting outside with your coffee longer than you meant to.
💛Laughing until your stomach hurts.
💛Or doing absolutely nothing productive for a little while.

We spend so much time planning what we’re going to do to be healthy.

💛But I think a healthy life also has room for joy, rest, connection, spontaneity…and simply living it. 💛

You don’t have to optimize every moment to take good care of yourself.

What’s one completely unplanned thing you’d love to make room for today?

08/08/2026

Maybe it’s not that you want to keep thinking about your health.

Maybe you’re afraid of what might happen if you stop.

😣What if you gain more weight?
😣What if your symptoms get worse?
😣What if you lose the progress you’ve made?
😣What if the supplement, workout, food rule, morning routine—or whatever else you’re doing—is the thing holding it all together?

So you keep trying.

👉You research.
👉You save the posts.
👉You add another supplement.
👉You question what you’re eating.
👉You wonder if you’re exercising enough.
👉You keep looking for the thing you might be missing.

Not because you love doing all of this.

Because you really, really want to feel better.

I get that.

💛But I also believe your health shouldn’t require this much mental energy.

It’s causing exhaustion & stress, giving you more of what you don’t want.

And this is a big part of the work I do as a health and life coach.

I don’t hand women another list of things to do.

💛I help them step out of the noise, look at what’s actually happening in their life, and figure out what deserves their attention—and what they can finally stop carrying.

💛Because feeling better shouldn’t require spending your whole life trying to feel better.

Does this feel familiar? What’s the one health-related thing you find yourself afraid to stop doing—or questioning whether you still need?

I’d genuinely love to hear.

08/06/2026

✨What do I mean by that?

I don’t mean they never think about their health.

✨I mean it doesn’t consume them.
✨They’re not constantly wondering if they’re eating the “right” thing.
✨They’re not feeling guilty every time life gets busy.
✨They’re not searching for another answer every weekend.

☀️They’ve built a way of living that supports them instead of constantly demanding more from them.

👉That’s what I help women create.

❌Not perfect habits.
❌Not another plan.

☀️A way of living that lets them feel better…without making health another full-time job.

💗 I’m curious…

If you weren’t spending so much time thinking about your health…

What would you rather be thinking about?

Tell me in the comments.👇

✨And if you’re ready to stop trying harder and start creating a healthier life that actually fits your life, that’s exactly the work I love to do with my coaching clients.
