This is exactly the kind of impact the Aurora Black Community Association (ABC) lives for, seeing our youth flourish and be positively recognized for their incredible contributions to our community and country! A huge thank you to Hailey Jones and the Town of Aurora for this beautiful highlight of Naomi.

Some are just born leaders. It’s in their DNA. Others become leaders because of their personal struggles, choosing to pave a smoother path so those who follow face fewer obstacles. This warrior right here, Dr. Jean Augustine, my spiritual mommy, is the epitome of that leadership.I cannot thank God enough for her life, her vision, and the monumental work she has done to bless Canada. As the CEO of ABC, I am profoundly grateful that she is always available for me to sit at her feet, receiving her counsel, comfort, and empowering wisdom. Because of her, young community leaders have giant shoulders to stand on.The ABC team is incredibly proud to always stand with her, just as she has always stood equally with us.Happy Birthday, Dr. Augustine!
Our team is so excited to come together this Saturday to honor, see, and celebrate you!
We love you so much!!!

Thanks also to John Gallo for popping in for a quick visit. Jeff Martin, you’re too awesome! Thank you for your uplifting words yesterday!
A special thanks to MP Costas Menegakis, who ensured a scroll was sent to honour our youth and our work even though he was away!
Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude! 🙏🏽 Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank you, everyone! 275 people attended our annual Back to School Sports Day event! (Last year we had 209!) If you can support us with this, please let us know!Otherwise, we had a marvellous event! More details and official thanks to come once our photos and videos are available.
