Today our little travelers received their boarding passes and prepared for takeoff as we journeyed all the way from Toronto to Hawaii! 🌴☀️
From checking in at the gate to dreaming of sandy beaches, ocean waves, and tropical adventures, the excitement was soaring high before we even left the ground. 🌺🐢🍍

Tiny hands, big imaginations, and a whole lot of messy magic 🎨🚜

Today we turned our toy trucks into rolling paintbrushes, creating colorful tracks and masterpieces across the page. And because every hardworking construction crew deserves a cleanup… we followed it up with a bubbly soapy car wash! 🫧🚗

Sometimes the best childhood memories are made with paint-covered fingers, splashes of water, and a little bit of chaos 💛

Our butterfly kit has officially become the most exciting thing in the daycare lately. 🦋✨

Today we got to watch THREE butterflies emerge, and it honestly felt like watching tiny pieces of magic unfold right in front of us. From chunky little caterpillars to beautiful butterflies ready to fly — the kids have loved every second of this journey.

Nature really knows how to put on a show. 💛

One of our butterflies is getting so close! You can actually see the beautiful orange and black wings showing through the chrysalis now. Nature really knows how to put on a show — from tiny caterpillar to this magical transformation right before our eyes.
The kiddos (and adults) have been LOVING watching every stage of the journey. 💛

As we work through our butterfly raising kit, the kids are getting to watch the butterfly life cycle come to life right before their eyes — from tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies. Today’s coloring activity helped us learn each stage while our furry little classroom assistant supervised nearby 🐾💕

🍄🎮 Welcome to Mario Week at Polka Dot Playroom! 🎮🍄

This week our little players have been racing through obstacle courses, knocking down pins in Bowser Bowling with scorekeeping and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners 🏆, solving themed mazes, and bringing homemade Mario puppets to life!

We even explored our own “Mario pipes” with a fun water and plumbing activity — because every good adventure needs pipes and splashes 💧⭐

So much teamwork, imagination, learning, and laughter packed into one power-up filled week ❤️
