Custom-made handknit arbynwear toques, wrist warmers, scarves and more! Soon deciding right hand patterns were a little much to ask, I started designing my own.

Learning my first knitting stitches from a book, for years I struggled to figure out how to knit left handed in a right handed world. And things took off from there. With a lot of help from advanced knitters (thanks mom!) and countless hours spent taking work out, I'm now comfortable with my style and even the odd right handed pattern. As soon as I saw Natalie Portman wearing this sweet white scarf in Black Swan I knew I wanted to make it. Well, this is my attempt. I'd say I didn't nail it (regular Pinterest Failure over here) but I still like it as a scarf in general.⠀

Consistently my most-requested pattern for commissions and yet I am still working on the pattern write-up. Does anyone else struggle like this? It's all written...in my notebook...by hand. Why is getting it on the computer feel like so much work?
